Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions for WESTWING:-

Deposit of 30% per booking required. 

You will receive an acknowledgement once your deposit has been received.  The booking is then classed as a Confirmed Booking.

The balance is due 6 weeks before date of arrival.

Payment methods -

Cheque, payable to Pauline Manning and sent to:

Fairview, Upper Hoar Cross Road, Hadley End, Yoxall, Burton-on-Trent, Staffs  DE13 8PF

Or Bank Transfer direct to our bank account.  Full details will be send to you following provisional booking.

Check in time is 4.00pm on the day of arrival.  Check out is 10am on the day of departure.

The property is NO SMOKING.

Pets are not accepted in the property.

The property is for a maximum of 2 people only.

Keys will be handed over by the owner on the day of arrival and should be returned to the owner on departure.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking you should telephone or email as soon as possible (see below).

The property should be left in a clean and tidy condition and the owner should be advised of any breakages.

We make every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable stay but if you have any cause for complaint or have any problems, please contact us immediately so that it can be speedily resolved.
